• Narwhal Nook reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to adverse weather conditions, mechanical issues, or low participant numbers. In such cases, customers will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.

4. Participant Conduct and Safety

• Participants in Narwhal Nook's activities must follow all instructions given by our guides and staff.
• For the safety of all participants and the well-being of marine life, strict adherence to our ethical wildlife viewing protocols is mandatory. Any disrespectful or harmful behavior towards marine animals will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of the service without refund.
• Participants are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions or physical limitations that may affect their ability to safely participate in our activities.
• Narwhal Nook reserves the right to refuse service to anyone deemed to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or exhibiting behavior that could compromise the safety of themselves, other participants, staff, or marine life.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on our online platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, and educational materials, is the property of Narwhal Nook or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our explicit written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability
